Boris Krasny

Boris Krasny is a man who is single-handedly said to have influenced not only the law but also the lives of many people without them even knowing it. He is a very well-connected man who has brought humongous changes to the law as we know it. But where did it all began? Well some say that it all began in the winter of 1984, when Ronald Reagan was about to be reelected when some young political campaigners from Israel’s two biggest and most rival parties (Labor and Likud) visited America’s East Coast. Here they got to meet a lot of American political advisors, senators and congressmen at parties and dinner.
Among these visitors was Boris Krasny who had vowed to get rich from politics. At that time the locals only saw him as a bearded man from Israel with a heavy Russian accent. They did not know the heights of success he would reach. True to his vow, Krasny went to become a very rich man but not only from politics. He was a man of connections and he knew how to use them well. He used his political connections to help him succeed in business.
He is the man who has established how close the relationship between business and government can be in Israel. Krasny has succeeded in improving business for a lot of tycoons over the past two decades.  He has played a very large role in the getting the Dead Sea Work’s franchise legislation extended beyond the 1990s. He is also involved in pushing new regulations that forbids electric car batteries from being charged at home. He has more than 90 clients some of which are the biggest companies in Israel such as Strauss Foods, Paz Oil, Osem foods, Tnuva dairy products and many other cellular companies.
